Request: APL Oneshot

You squeaked in fear when thunder clapped outside again. You looked out of the tiny window in your husband's office. The huge waves of the ocean rolled by the window. You gulped, turning away from the window. You padded into your bedroom. You fell onto the bed, pulling the blanket over yourself.

Even though you came to love the sailing life, you hated storms. Arthur, come back. you pleaded in your mind.

Suddenly, the door to your bedroom opened and Arthur walked in. He shook his head, making drops of rainwater splatter everywhere. "Bloody hell," he grumbled.

You sat up, letting the blanket pool around your waist. "How is everything?" you asked.

Arthur pulled off his coat, setting it on some statue he got from the Caribbean. "The storm is starting to go away. Nothing was damaged, thank goodness."

He changed into dry clothes before falling onto his side of the bed. You were glad he didn't put another shirt on. You smirked evilly. You got closer, acting like you were going to lay back down. He closed his eyes, breathing deeply.

You poked him in the side.

He yelped in surprise. You poked him again, causing him to laugh. "Poppet, stop!" he ordered in-between laughs.

You started to all out tickle him now. He growled playfully, wrapping his arms around your waist and rolling over. You were glad he was in a playful mood now. It was helping you forget there was a storm outside.

Soon, he pinned your hands to either side of your head and was straddling your waist, stopping your tickling hands.

"I'm going to have to punish you for that Poppet," he growled huskily.

You smirked.

You liked his punishments.
