Here's how it would go

Germany squinted as the morning light came in through his slightly parted curtains. He rested his head back on his arms, it was one of his few days off. He closed his eyes and tried to relax, the act was foreign to him though.

"Good Morning Germany!"

Germany felt the air escape his lungs as Italy leaped onto his back. He sighed in exasperation. He looked over his shoulder and he felt his face get very warm. Italy was wearing a woman's nightgown for once, and it was slowly riding up her thighs as she straddled him. He looked up at her face. She was beaming at him and her long, curly, auburn hair was down and flowing.

He quickly looked at his headboard and tried to not think about the beautiful Italian on his back.

"Guten Morgen Italia." he managed to choke out.

"Ve!~"
